MakeICT needed help evaluating a roof before buying a building they were interested in. Buckley Roofing performed an inspection, determined that the roof was in poor shape, and gave them an estimate of the costs to repair it. Because MakeICT is a non-profit, they raised the money to purchase the building and make the necessary repairs. 

Buckley was then able to fix the leaks and recover the roof. The work included placing Carlisle TPO membrane over the existing modified roof. In addition, a 1/2” HD Polyiso insulation was fastened to the roof and 115-mil fleeceback TPO went over the insulation.
